Refunds before service delivery: If the customer cancels at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund may be requested.

Partial Refunds: If the service has already begun, we will evaluate the costs already incurred before determining a partial refund.

Completed Services: Once the work is completed, refunds do not apply, except in cases of proven non-compliance.
